Blogmas Twenty-Five Days of Christmas: A List of the BEST Gift Ideas for White Elephant Parties

From now until Christmas day, I will be posting a list of twenty-five tips and ideas that will help you get through the holiday season. On Christmas day I will have offered you over six hundred ideas that you can enjoy alone or with family and friends.

I’ve only known about White Elephant parties for a few years but I never knew the difference between White Elephant parties and Secret Santas. I still don’t know lol, so I did some research and found out. If you’re not familiar, at White Elephant parties you don’t know who will end up with the gift you purchased (people also have the right to switch gifts with anyone) and, at Secret Santa parties, you know who you’re buying the gift for and that person gets to keep their gift so there are no exchanges.

Nonetheless, this list is appropriate for both. Although I’m sure there won’t be any parties this season for the obvious reasons but you never know so I decided to created this list. Also, I mentioned in an earlier post that I wanted to make sure that the lists I’m creating for blogmas will cover all avenues this holiday season. This was A LOT of fun to research and I found some really cool and unique gift ideas that you can purchase for anyone.

Let me know if this was useful, I’m actually thinking about making a few purchases off the list because I love the ideas. By the way, about 90% of the items are on Amazon, I know one was from Etsy and I think one was from Crate and Barrel. If you can’t find it on Amazon a google search will pull it up. Most of them are reasonably priced ($25 and under).

I have a long history with mental illness. Overcoming depression made me realize my own resilience. It also made it clear that I wasn’t taking care of myself. I believe that in order for us to fully engage with ourselves and others we have to make time for self-love through our self-care habits. My goal with this blog is to encourage women in my age group to make time for self-care daily.
