From now until Christmas day, I will be posting a list of twenty-five tips and ideas that will help you get through the holiday season. On Christmas day I will have offered you over six hundred ideas that you can enjoy alone or with family and friends.

I might be in the minority with this one but I love wrapping presents. In addition to cooking, gift wrapping is very therapeutic to me for some reason. But I think it can be mundane because there’s only so much you can do to be creative. I knew there had to be some options out there so I did some research and found twenty-five of the most creative ways you an wrap presents this year.

A few of my favorites on the list are, using brown paper bag as wrapping paper (the pics I’ve seen made them look clean and chic), using evergreen sprigs as bows, and using fabric as ribbon. Not sure if I’ll be trying those options this year though. This is not to discourage anyone but with my luck the finished product may look like a bad arts and crafts project lol. I usually need some practice with new craft projects. Have you done any of the options on the list in the past?

Just in case you need it, here’s the PRINTABLE in PDF format.

I have a long history with mental illness. Overcoming depression made me realize my own resilience. It also made it clear that I wasn’t taking care of myself. I believe that in order for us to fully engage with ourselves and others we have to make time for self-love through our self-care habits. My goal with this blog is to encourage women in my age group to make time for self-care daily.
